I tried a new way of using pencils than I normally do, Instead of just putting them on top of the marker I layered it over the pencils (I only had cool grey 30% so I had to figure out some way to make it darker. >.>) I'm learning, slowly, but I'm learning. D:

Have you ever tried building up a little color with colored pencil, then using marker over that, THEN layering more with colored pencils? I've thought about it, but not actually tried it yet. XD
That's pretty much what I did here, just the first layer wasn't pencil.
I started off with cool grey 30%, then went over that with a second layer of the same color. The I used warm grey 40%, then dark brown pencil and repeated the marker layer again. I did that about...four or so times. >.> The paper got a little to wet to keep doing it though. Then I just added in highlights with a white pencil and called it quits. I got kinda into the coloring too much. >.>

I like this! Nice textures. I'm a fan of using colored pencils over markers, and you handled it beautifully, IMO. : D
